JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent.[2]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the following sums:(a) A basic award of compensation in the sum of £1,409.40;(b) A compensatory award in the sum of £587.92;(c) The sum of £146.98 pursuant to section 207A of Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992; and(d) The sum of £375.84 pursuant to section 38 of the Employment Act 2002.[3]The total of the monies to be paid by the respondent to the claimant is £2,520.14.
