JUDGMENT

The parties hereto having agreed terms of settlement, the judgment of the tribunal is that the Hearing of these cases is stayed to allow for implementation of the terms of settlement set out in an Agreement, a copy of which is retained on the tribunal’s file. If neither party shall apply, on or before 7 February 2019, for the cases to be restored to the list for hearing, each of the claims shall, the claimants’ consent having been given to the tribunal, be treated as withdrawn by each of the claimants upon settlement and shall stand dismissed on that basis, without further Order.
