The judgment of the Tribunal is that the claim is dismissed.REASONS
Neither the claimant nor the respondent attended the hearing, although the claimant had expressly stated during the week before the hearing that he still wished to pursue his claim. In its response, the respondent had acknowledged owing the claimant outstanding pay from February 2018. Since the claimant did not pursue his claim at the hearing, it appeared to the Judge that the matter had been resolved and the claim was dismissed pursuant to Rule 47 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.
