JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment in the sum of £3,450. (The claimant was employed by the respondent 1 January 1998 to 19 March 2018. She has 20 years’ complete service x 1.5 x £115).[2]The claimant's claim for notice pay is well-founded. She was entitled to 12 weeks’ payment in lieu of notice and received only five weeks’ pay in lieu of notice. Accordingly she is entitled to seven weeks’ pay in the sum of £805 (7 x £115).[3]The claimant's claim for accrued but untaken holidays in the sum of £92 is well-founded.[4]I therefore order the respondent to pay the claimant the total sum of £4,347 within seven days of the date of this Judgment.
