JUDGMENT
Terms of settlement having been reached between the parties, the hearing is adjourned and if neither party shall apply for the hearing to be relisted within 14 days, the claimant’s claims of race discrimination, unlawful deduction from wages, for unpaid accrued holiday, breach of contract being notice pay and failure to provide an itemised pay statement pursuant to the provisions of the Equality Act 2010, the Employment Rights Act 1996 and the Employment Tribunals Extension of Jurisdiction Order 1994, shall be dismissed upon withdrawal without any further order.
