[1]The claim of unfair dismissal is struck out under Rule 38(1)(a) as the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the claim as the Claimant lacks the necessary two years of continuous service as required by s.108(1) of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[2]The claims of race related harassment are not well founded and are dismissed.[3]The claim of direct race discrimination is not well founded and is dismissed.[4]The claim of breach of contract is not well founded and is dismissed.
