[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £100 following a preliminary hearing held on 26 September 2025. The Order was sent to the claimant on 1 October 2025. The claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The complaints of breach of contract and bullying are therefore struck out under rule 40(4) of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024.[2]This judgment does not affect the claimant’s remaining claim of ordinary unfair dismissal which will proceed to hearing on 8 March 2027 Approved by
