It is confirmed that the claimant’s claim is struck out pursuant to rule 38 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.REASONS
[1]On 26 June 2018 the claimant was ordered to provide a statement of remedy and a list of documents, but did not do so.[2]On 9 October 2018 the claimant was ordered to comply with the earlier order by 4 pm on 19 October 2018. He was warned that unless he complied the claim would be struck out without further order or any hearing.[3]The claimant having failed to comply with the order of 9 October 2018 I confirm that the claim was struck out at the point of non-compliance.
