JUDGMENT
All of the claimant’s claims against the FIRST RESPONDENT are dismissed following a withdrawal by the claimant. The claimant’s claim for UNFAIR DISMISSAL is dismissed against the second respondent following a withdrawal by the claimant as the claimant does not the have the two years service needed to bring a claim of unfair dismissal. The claimant’s claim for breach of contract is dismissed against the second respondent following a withdrawal by the claimant. The claimant’s remaining claim(s) OF SEX DISCRIMNATION under Section 13 and Section 26 Equality Act 2010 will proceed to a preliminary hearing to determine her employment status and her entitlement to bring those claims against the second respondent on 28 April 2020.
