Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The name of the Respondent is amended to Real Estate Agencies Limited.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract without notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £1,422.90 (net)[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £2,884.65.[4]The respondent has failed to compensate the claimant for untaken annual leave on termination of employment and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £567.93.[5]The claimant will be responsible for paying any tax liabilities arising out of the gross award if they receive the gross sum and tax is not deducted at source.
