Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages from 17/5/19- 28/6/19 and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £343 within 14 days of the date of this judgment.[2]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £3,773.(11x £343)[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of 3 weeks holiday gross £1,029 within 14 days of the date of this judgment.[4]The respondent has made an unlawful deduction from wages by failing to pay the claimant statutory sick pay between 24/6/19-22/7/19 and is ordered to pay the claimant £294.09 net within 14 days of the date of this judgment.[5]The total sum to be paid to the claimant by the respondent within 14 days of the date of this judgment is £5,539.09.
