JUDGMENT
[1]The first claimant’s claim of unlawful deductions and breach of contract succeeds.[2]The first claimant's claim for a redundancy payment succeeds.[3]The second claimant's claim of unlawful deductions and breach of contract succeeds.[4]The second claimant's claim for a redundancy payment succeeds.[5]The respondent is ordered to pay the first claimant the following sums subject to any relevant statutory deductions:(1) £164.64 in unpaid wages;(2) £1,975.68 in notice pay representing 12 weeks’ notice, which is the statutory minimum notice allowed to her given 16 years’ service;(3) The sum of £574 for unpaid holiday pay representing 3½ weeks’ holiday entitlement for her holiday year September 2018 to April 2019;(4) Redundancy payment of £3,951.36 representing 24 weeks’ redundancy pay.[6]The respondent is ordered to pay the second claimant the following sums subject to deduction of any relevant statutory deductions:(1) £270.75 in unpaid wages;(2) £812.25 notice monies representing three weeks’ statutory minimum notice;(3) £232.83 for unpaid holiday representing 0.86 of a week’s holiday entitlement based on the second claimant’s holiday year starting in February 2019 and running until April 2019;(4) A redundancy payment of £1,218.38 representing 4½ weeks’ redundancy payment.
