JUDGMENT
[1]The first respondent was the employer of the claimant and its full name is Long Lane Pre School Management Committee; and[2]The second, third, fourth and fifth respondents are dismissed from the proceedings.REASONS
[1]At the hearing, the Judge discussed the identity of the claimant's employer with her counsel. There was an extensive Bundle of Documents containing a series of Statements of Particulars of Terms and Conditions of her contract of employment. The earliest offer letter was dated 13 February 2010 relating to employment commencing on 22 February 2010 and the employer was consistently referred to as Long Lane Pre School Management Committee. Accordingly, it was clear that this entity was the proper respondent to the proceedings. All other respondents, Case Number: 2411565/18 who are former members of the Management Committee, are dismissed from the proceedings as individual respondents. JUDGMENT[2]The proceedings are dismissed following a withdrawal of the claim by the claimant.
