The claim for pregnancy/maternity discrimination will therefore proceed.[2]The complaint of disability discrimination was not presented within the applicable time limit, and it is not just and equitable to extend the time limit. The claim for disability discrimination is therefore dismissed.[3]The claim of notice pay was not presented within the applicable time limit. It was not reasonably practicable to do so and the claim was presented within a further reasonable period. The claim for notice pay will therefore proceed. Case No 2411563/2023
