JUDGMENT
The complaint of discrimination arising from disability contrary to section 15 Equality Act 2010 will without further order be dismissed upon withdrawal by the claimant with effect from 4.00pm on Friday 26 October 2018 unless before that time the claimant has confirmed in writing to the Tribunal and to the respondent that he wishes to pursue that claim, and has confirmed:(a) The unfavourable treatment on which he relies;(b) The “something” which is said to be the reason for that treatment; and(c) How that “something” is said to arise in consequence of his disability.
