JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant's application to amend her claim to include a disability discrimination claim by association fails and is not allowed to proceed.[2]The claimant’s claim with regard to her protected disclosures has no reasonable prospect of success and is struck out.[3]With regard to whether the rest of the claimant's claims can continue, the issue of the effective date of termination has not been resolved by me today and consequently another date for a hearing has been arranged. Directions have been made in order to bring that matter on for a hearing.
