JUDGMENT
[1]the claimant’s employment with the first respondent was terminated by the first respondent on 26 February 2018;[2]the claimant’s claims against the second respondent are dismissed;[3]the claimant’s claims against the first respondent of unfair dismissal and for notice pay and holiday pay are out of time; and[4]the claimant having made no application for an extension of time for their presentation at the preliminary hearing despite being notified of his right to do so in the case management orders dated 3 September 2018, accordingly the claims against the first respondent are dismissed.
