JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant's claim of unlawful deduction of wages is well-founded and succeeds. The respondent shall pay to the claimant in respect of wages owed and not paid in the sum of £1,256.60.[2]The claimant's claim for payment in lieu of holiday accrued but not taken at the date of termination is well-founded. The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £967.[3]The total award made for both these claims is £2,223.60. The claimant shall be responsible for any tax and national insurance contributions payable on both amounts.[4]The claimant's claim for breach of contract (notice pay) is not well-founded and is dismissed.
