JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent’s application that the Claimant’s claim should be struck out for non-compliance with the Tribunal rules, pursuant to Rule 37(1)(c) and that the claim also be struck out under Rule 37(1)(b) that the claim be struck out on the basis that proceedings have been conducted by the Claimant/on behalf of the Claimant in a manner that is unreasonable, is rejected.[2]The Respondent’s application that proceeding be struck out as the claim has no reasonable prospects of success – pursuant to Rule 37(1)(a) – is accepted and the Claimant’s claim is struck out. 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 Case No: 2411406/2018
