Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sums of:1.1 unpaid wages from August 2023 = £348.861.2 unpaid mileage from July and August 2023 = £247.50[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract without notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the gross sum of £1,588.44.[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £3971.10.[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s accrued but unpaid annual leave entitlement for the months of July and August 2023 and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £96.84.[5]The claimant will be responsible for paying any tax liabilities arising out of any gross award if they receive any gross sums and tax is not deducted at source.
