JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant's claims of unlawful deduction of wages and damages for breach of contract are struck out on the basis that the claimant did not attend at the hearing and her conduct throughout the proceedings has been unreasonable, she has not complied with the Tribunal’s directions and orders and she has not actively pursued her claims.[2]The claimant shall also pay to the respondent forthwith the sum of £1,500 inclusive of VAT in relation to costs.[3]No further order or Judgment need be made.
