JUDGMENT

[1]By consent the respondent’s name is amended to Griffin Care Homes Limited.[2]The claimant's claim that she is owed outstanding pay for work done between 1 May and 8 May 2019 is well-founded and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant, as compensation for this unlawful deduction from her wages, the sum of £577 representing one week’s gross pay.[3]The claimant’s claim that she is owed holiday pay for annual leave accrued but untaken prior to the termination of her employment is dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant.[4]The claimant is found to have resigned on 8 May 2019 with immediate effect. The claimant's claim that she was dismissed without notice is not well-founded and is dismissed.[5]The claimant is found to have been issued with a written statement of terms of employment on 17 November 2018. The claimant's claim for compensation for an alleged failure to provide a written statement of terms of employment is accordingly not well-founded and is dismissed.
