EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 2411334/2023
Mr N HughesClaimantOne Stop LtdRespondent
Employment Judge HolmesDate 11 July 2024

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 13th June 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because: the claimant failed to attend the case management preliminary hearing on 18 April 2024 the claimant had failed to explain his non-attendance despite being ordered to do so. the claimant had failed to reply or object to the respondent’s application for strike-out of the claim dated 13 May 2024. it appeared that the claim was not being actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
