JUDGMENT
Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The name of the Respondent is amended to Real Estate Agencies Limited.[2]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £739.82.[3]This figure is calculated as follows, using the rate of pay of £10.42 an hour:-a. 50 hours overtime worked but not paid July 2023 = £521b. 21 hours overtime worked but not paid August 2023 = £218.82 Total therefore £739.82[4]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract without notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the gross sum of £2,813.40.[5]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £6,681.82.[6]The claimant will be responsible for paying any tax liabilities arising out of the gross award if they receive any gross sums, and tax is not deducted at source.
