Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £469 (1 week’s pay)[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract without notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the gross sum of £5,625.[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £13,600.[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s accrued but untaken annual leave entitlement of 2 days and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £234.50.[5]The claimant will be responsible for paying any tax liabilities arising out of the gross award if they receive any gross sums and tax is not deducted at source.
