Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The second respondent (Global 5 Marketing Ltd) has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £2,752.33.[2]The claim against the first respondent (Mr Rameez Haider) is dismissed as he was not the claimant’s employer and therefore the claimant cannot pursue a claim against him for unlawful deduction from wages – the claim against the first respondent had no reasonable prospect of success.[3]The hearing listed on 16 December 2019 is cancelled.
