The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 29 April 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because:• the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal sent to the parties on 4 April 2022; and• it has not been actively pursued in that the claimant failed to attend the case management preliminary hearing on 1 March 2022 and did not reply to the Tribunal’s letter of 4 April 2022.[2]The claimant has failed to make sufficient representations why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
