[1]The claimant’s claim that the respondent made an unlawful deduction from her final wages by failing to pay her for 8 hours of work in April 2019 is well founded and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £65.68 calculated at 8 hours pay at £8.21 per hour.[2]The claimant’s claim that the respondent made an unlawful deduction from her wages by failing to pay her in lieu of accrued but untaken annual leave on termination of her employment is well founded and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £529.54 calculated as 1 ½ weeks leave, working an average 43 hours each week at £8.21 per hour.
