Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £535.20 (£9.01 x 9 hours x 6.6 days of statutory entitlement).[3]The employment tribunal is not able to order the respondent to pay for non payment of pension contributions. Any issue with your pension contributions from your earnings, should be referred to the Pensions Ombudsman Service.
