JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal was not contested at this hearing and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant compensation in the amount of £7,021.16 within 21 days of the date of this judgment. This compensation represents £6,250 loss of pay, £173.13 loss of pension contributions and £598 loss of childcare benefit.[2]The claimant’s claim for unpaid notice was not contested at this hearing and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £1,442.31 within 21 days of the date of this judgment. This sum represents three weeks gross pay.[3]The claimant’s claim that she was subjected to detriments because she made a public interest disclosure was not contested at this hearing and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £7,500, as compensation for injury to feelings, within 21 days of the date of this judgment.[4]The claimant’s claim of in relation to unpaid holiday pay was not supported by the evidence presented and accordingly fails and is dismissed.
