Upon hearing from the claimant and the respondent not attending, the judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £3,420.00.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £721.00.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s outstanding accrued holiday entitlement due at the termination of employment and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of 665.00.[4]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of 285.00.
