JUDGMENT

Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]The claims for notice pay, holiday pay and arrears of pay are dismissed on withdrawal.[2]The complaint that, in relation to each of the named claimants, the first respondent failed to comply with a requirement of s.188 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 is well-founded.[3]In the case of each claimant there shall be a protective award paid in respect of the protected period as defined by s.189(4) of the Act as commencing on 15 March 2018 and which shall in respect of each claimant be the period of 90 days.
