Consent Judgment[2]The claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages succeeds in so far as it is admitted that he is owed £ 107.20.[3]The claimant’s complaint of unpaid holiday pay succeeds in so far as it is agreed he is owed three days holiday pay being 3 times his daily rate for 2021 and including any retrospective increment is agreed to be £ 402.06 BY CONSENT the respondent is ordered to pay the agreed amounts of £ 107.20 plus £ 402.06 being £509.26 to the claimant.
