JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim relating to redundancy payment not paid succeeds, and the respondent shall pay forthwith the redundancy payment of £5,034.23.[2]Because the three respondents have acted otherwise unreasonably in defending these proceedings when they themselves declared the claimant redundant thus causing delay and added expense for the claimant, the respondents shall pay, forthwith, to the claimant her costs of £6,132.[3]No further order or direction need be made.
