Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £5,787.00 in respect of salary and commission due between April and July 2019.[2]The claimant was entitled under her contract to reimbursement of expenses and the complaint of breach of contract succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £320.40 due as reimbursement of travel expenses.[3]The hearing listed on 19 December 2019 is cancelled.
