[1]The claimant's claim of unfair dismissal is dismissed. It was not brought in time.[2]The claimant's claims under the Equality Act are dismissed as although it was found just and equitable to allow the then un-particularised claims to proceed the claimant’s application to amend to include such particulars was dismissed.[3]The claimant's remaining claim for a redundancy payment will be heard by an Employment Judge sitting alone at Manchester Employment Tribunal, Alexandra House, 14-22 Parsonage, Manchester, M3 2JA on Wednesday 13 February 2019 commencing at 10.00am.
