Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 No response having been presented and on the information before the Employment Judge, the Judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £718.25 (for 11.5 days at £57.46 net per day plus 1 day’s holiday pay).[2]The claimant has not established his claim for loss of commission or any entitlement to damages for loss of notice pay in the circumstances that he did not work for the respondent for one month or more.[3]In the light of this Judgment, the hearing is not relisted.
