JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is as follows:[1]The claimant was unfairly dismissed. She contributed to her dismissal to the extent of 40%.[2]The respondent failed to issue the claimant with a written statement of employment particulars.[3]The respondent failed to pay the claimant in lieu of entitlement to annual leave.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the total sum of £1,200, the sum payable having being agreed between the parties following Judgment on liability.[5]The Recoupment Regulations do not apply.
