JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent made deductions from the claimant's wages in contravention of section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 (“ERA”).[2]The deductions amount to a total of £988.97 (gross) and comprise the following:(1) Payment for 65.5 hours worked at £8.75 an hour £573.13(2) Commission payments £32.71(3) Bonus payment £37.50(4) Unpaid holiday pay £345.63[3]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £988.97, being the amount deducted in contravention of section 13 ERA.
