JUDGMENT

On application by the respondent for an order striking out the whole of the claim, the unanimous decision of the Tribunal is :-[1]That the complaint of automatic unfair dismissal (section 103A Employment Rights Act 1996) is struck out under Rule 38(1)(a) of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2024 (Rules) on the grounds that is has no reasonable prospects of success.[2]The all complaints under the Equality Act are struck out under Rule38(1)(a) of the Rules on the grounds that they have no reasonable prospects of success.[3]In the alternative, the claim is struck out under Rule 38(1)(b) of the Rules on the grounds that the manner in which the proceedings have been conducted by the claimant has been unreasonable.
