[1]All claims against the first respondent are stayed.[2]The second respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages in respect of her pay for May 2019 and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1500.00[3]The second respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages in respect of additional hours worked between 1 February and 23 May 2019 and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £2769.12.[4]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the second respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the net sum of £1315.00[5]The second respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £657.40.[6]All claims brought under claim number 2410889/2019 are withdrawn and dismissed.
