JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent has now conceded that the claimant is disabled within the meaning of section 6 of the Equality Act 2010 and therefore the only issue to be dealt with at this hearing is how far back the claimant can make his claims for disability discrimination.[2]In all the circumstances of this case I confirm that the claimant can only make claims relating to those issues from April 2017 through to February 2018.[3]Directions have already been made in this matter.[4]No further order or direction need be made.
