JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s employer, Fluttr Lmited, committed a fundamental breach of contract entitling the claimant to resign.[2]The claimant did resign in response to that breach on 19 August 2021.[3]The claimant was dismissed and the effective date of termination was 19 August 2021.[4]The claimant was employed by Fluttr Limited from 1 June 2021.[5]The claimant made claim for payment of three month notice pay to the respondent and to the tribunal in a claim for breach of contract, failure to pay notice pay, presented to the tribunal under case number 2415185/2021 on 13 December 2021. Case No: 2410777/2023[6]The employer, Fluttr Limited, was liable to pay to the claimant an amount for the period of notice required by section 86(1) Employment Rights Act 1996. Approved by
