JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant's claim of direct discrimination relating to an incident which occurred in May 2018 is dismissed as being outside the jurisdiction of the Tribunal to consider having been presented to the Tribunal outside the normal time limits for presentation of claims in circumstances where it would not be just and equitable to extend time.[2]The claimant's claims of unlawful harassment between May 2018 and 17 May 2019 are all dismissed as not well-founded.[3]The claimant's claim of discrimination arising from disability relating to an incident which occurred on 8 March 2019 is dismissed, the alleged unfavourable treatment having been found to be a proportionate means of achieving a legitimate aim and accordingly lawful. Case No. 2410706/2019[4]The claimant's claims that the claimant failed to make reasonable adjustments between 4 February 2019 and 17 May 2019 are dismissed as not well-founded.
