JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent made an unlawful deduction from wages by failing to pay the claimant an amount which the respondent had agreed to pay to the claimant for extra hours worked and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £374, being the total sum unlawfully deducted.[2]By consent, the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £6.72 as damages for breach of contract in failing to reimburse the claimant for expenses incurred in relation to purchase of a sample (£4) and business mileage (£2.72).
