Employment Judge Tom Ryan DatedDate 12 December 2019

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By an order sent to the parties on 22 November 2019 the claimant was required to serve a schedule of loss and copies of documents upon the respondent by 4 pm on 2 December 2019 and was warned that the claim would be struck out without further order or any hearing if he failed to comply.[2]By a letter dated 2 December 2019 the respondent alleged that the claimant had not complied with the order.[3]The claimant has not made representations to the effect that he complied with the order.[4]The tribunal finds that he did not comply and records that the claim is struck out for that reason.
