JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant succeeds in his claim for unlawful deductions of pay (section 13 Employment Rights Act 1996) for non-payment of holiday pay (£123.09 gross) and non-payment of Statutory Sick Pay (£37.70 gross).[2]The claimant succeeds in his claim for breach of contract for the following amounts:(1) Failure to provide one week’s notice of dismissal - £384.60 (gross);(2) Reimbursement of expenses incurred – £215.76;[3]Accordingly, the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the following sums:(1) £545.39 (gross) less deductions under PAYE;(2) £215.76 without deduction.
