JUDGMENT

[1]The Tribunal has jurisdiction to consider the complaints under the Equality Act 2010, provided that the complaints in relation to matters before the date of dismissal (27 February 2021) are held to be part of a continuing act of discrimination ending with the act of dismissal. The issue of whether there is a continuing act of discrimination is to be determined at the final hearing.

[2]The complaint of victimisation under the Equality Act 2010 is dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant.
