JUDGMENT

[1]The name of the Respondent is amended to Asel Fashion Limited (in Creditors Voluntary Liquidation).[2]The name of the claimant Laura Hudson is amended to Lauren Hudson.[3]There being no attendance by Ms J Andrews and Ms T Lyons, their claims are dismissed.[4]The complaint that the respondent failed to comply with a requirement of section 188 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 is well founded. The Tribunal makes a protective award in respect of the named individual employees below (there being no Trade Union or employee representatives) and orders the respondent to pay to those employees, remuneration for the protected period of 90 days beginning on 12 May 2019.[5]The respondent has breached the each of the claimant’s contracts by not providing notice.[6]The respondent has failed to give the claimants itemised pay statements.[7]The respondent has failed to provide the claimants with a statement of main terms of employment.[8]The Respondent failed to pay the claimant in lieu of entitlement to annual leave.[9]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from each of the claimant’s wages (other than Mr R Owen).[10]Remedy is reserved.
