JUDGMENT
The parties hereto having agreed terms of settlement, the judgment of the tribunal is that:[1]The Hearing of this case is stayed to allow for implementation of the terms of settlement set out in an Agreement signed by the parties’ representatives and a copy of which is retained on the tribunal’s file. If neither party shall apply, on or before 11 October 2018, for the case to be restored to the list for hearing, it shall, the claimant’s consent having been given to the tribunal, be treated as withdrawn by the claimant upon settlement and shall stand dismissed on that basis, without further Order.[2]The tribunal makes no order of compensation. The recoupment regulations do not apply
